One of our industry’s biggest challenges today is finding high quality stone deposits close to populated areas, but in locations acceptable to the community. Mined and used responsibly, however, limestone products will continue to play an important role in our society. Infra is committed to the future of the mining industry and supports that effort through scholarships and our leadership development programs. The Infra Scholarship Foundation has handed out hundreds of scholarships, and the new Chris Upp Memorial Endowment will support students at UMR who are studying Explosives Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Geology.
